The Jacob Brownley Medal contest looked like a 2-horse race between Maxim Allen and Andrew Dorbierer after Round 1.

…then Zac Stewart said “hold my beer”

Winterthur’s Daniel Bunge blew the race wide open with another dominant performance up forward!

Bern Bears full forward, Mark Mansour, decided not only was he going to take the top spot in the ressies comp, but also make it hard for anyone else to knock him off with a huge 8 goal haul up forward in round 2.

Get down to Round 3 in Geneva on Saturday 13.06.26, The Atlas Wealth Group Round, to see these goal kickers in action!

It was a hot, hot day in Zürich at the weekend, but that didn‘t stop 4 great games taking place at Allmend Brunau.

At the start of the day the Winterthur Lions were sitting at the bottom of the ladder. However, at the end of the day, after two great wins, they cemented their place at the top of the ladder.

The Bern Bears continue to go from strength to strength with another solid win against the Basel Dragons.

Bern Bears‘ Mark Mansour had a big day out in the ressies match with 8 goals.

The Zurich Giants were amazing hosts as always. And AFL Switzerland umpires Chris Lauener and Dave White were equally impressive spending the vast majority of the day on the ground. Solid effort umps!
