Huge congratulations to Jamie Byrne on winning the Tommy Ross Medal this year!
And huge congratulations to Maël Duwan on winning the Reserves Best and Fairest this year!
Please find attached all the umpires’ votes for 2026.
Please note that some Bern Bears players also played occasionally for senior teams. Those who polled votes did so for one senior team only.
It was also fantastic to have Tommy Ross present at the Grand Final this year.
And it was also fantastic to have the Australian Embassy present at the Grand Final to support us, represented by Her Excellency Elizabeth Day, Ambassador of Australia to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and Deputy Ambassador James Bourne.
