Huge congratulations to Maxim Allen for winning the 2026 Jacob Brownley Medal as the leading goalkicker this season with 33 goals. Maxim is now the all-time record holder with 33 goals in a season, edging out former Jet Jackson Ritchie, who held the record with 32 goals last season.
It caps off a massive year for Maxim. He represented Australia in the ANZAC Cup against France in Villers-Bretonneux, starred as a 2026 premiership player for the Jets, claimed Best on Ground honours in the Grand Final with an 11-goal masterclass, and has now rewritten the AFL Switzerland record books as the competition’s all time goalkicking leader.
